You no longer need to answer an invitation before you can join the meeting.
You can join a meeting you are invited to whether or not you have answered the invitation, and joining accepts it for you, even after a No or a Maybe. The organiser gets a note in the app, and interview meetings work as before.

Prepare interviews with AI-generated question plans, steer the AI assistant more precisely, and get fairer match scores.
Generate a question plan for an interview from the job and the candidate's CV: questions grouped by competency, each with why to ask it and what a strong answer covers. Edit the plan as you like, in English or Swedish. Creating a plan uses AI credits.

Remove a message and its reply from a conversation with the AI assistant — anything the assistant already changed stays as it is. Any reply that failed can be retried with Try again.

A bar shows how much of the conversation the AI assistant can still keep in view. Compact summarises earlier messages, and long conversations are now summarised automatically so they keep working.

Experience now counts for at most 40% of the professional match, and a job's minimum-experience requirement counts relevant experience rather than a whole career. Match settings show the split that was actually used, and existing scores were recalculated with the new rules.

Signing up with email now confirms your address with a six-digit code, entered right in the sign-up window, and you can ask for a new code. Sign-up is also protected against automated fake accounts.

Pressing Stop now frees the conversation straight away, so your next message is answered instead of being turned away as still in progress.

If you created your account with an email and password, you can now also sign in with Google using the same verified address, unless the account uses two-factor authentication or is managed by your employer. A failed Google sign-in no longer ends on a page that doesn't exist.

The calendar now shows meetings from the past twelve months. Load earlier goes further back, and paging back in the month view loads older meetings too.

When the AI assistant can't produce an answer, it now says so and offers Try again instead of showing an empty reply.

Signing in from an invitation now brings you back to it, signing in with a different account than the one invited is explained, and only the invited person can accept.

CV previews now show publications, awards and volunteer work, and a current role is no longer given an end date it doesn't have.

Saving an edited job could reset other settings, such as showing a hidden hiring company or reopening a job. Now only the fields you changed are saved.

Gender, date of birth, work preferences, job type, certificate year and technical skills are now saved when you add a talent.

A draft job can't be published until its required details are filled in, wherever you publish it from.
